History[edit]
Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort was the Minor Hotel Group's second resort in Koh Samui along with Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort. Architectural details of the resort are inspired by the island’s original Chinese merchant settlers and juxtaposed with a tropical setting. It's currently under renovation from September to December 2017.
