Anayah Dar is a Pakistani Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner, MMA fighter, and horse rider. She is Pakistan's youngest Jiu-Jitsu champion[1] and showjumper.[2]
Anayah started horse riding at the age of four and at seven years of age became Pakistan’s youngest horse showjumper in January 2022. At the age of seven, Dar made her first international debut at the International Jiu-Jitsu Festival Abu Dhabi in March 2022 where she bagged a gold medal for Pakistan in the under 28kg weight category and became Pakistan’s youngest Jiu-Jitsu champion.[3]

At the age of seven, Anayah became the youngest horse showjumper in Pakistan in January 2022.[4]
In March 2022, Dar represented Pakistan at the International Jiu-Jitsu Festival Abu Dhabi and won a gold medal in the under 28 kg weight category. Thus, became Pakistan’s Youngest Jiu-Jitsu Champion.[5]
