Andersen is an international software development company across different business domains and areas. The company has 13 software development centers in Europe: in Belarus, Ukraine, Poland and Georgia. Andersen is a resident of Belarus High Technologies Park[1].

History[edit]

Andersen was founded in September 2008, by entrepreneur Alexander Khomich.[2]

In April 2011, Andersen was merged with Ukrainian company PosSoftware. Since then, there are two owners of the company — Alexander Khomich and Alexander Orlov.

In 2013, Andersen opened new offices in Kharkiv (Ukraine) and Vitebsk (Belarus).

Since 2016, Andersen has been actively training professionals and running internship programs for developers, business analysts, QA specialists, and project managers.[3]

Industries and technologies[edit]

The company[4] focuses on web and cross-platform development projects and is included in Top Software QA Companies in Belarus by marketing platform Clutch.co.[5] One more Andersen’s strategic direction is mobile development. Also, the company expanded its operation into other domains and gained significant experience in FinTech, E-commerce, and other growing areas.

In 2017, Andersen became the organizer of open meeting[9] with significant representatives of Eastern European culture and other areas such as Svetlana Alexievich, a Nobel prize winner for literature, Petr Mamonov,[10] actor, poet, and musician, and many others.

In 2018-2019 Andersen organizes free educational meetups for specialists and sponsors thematic events for developers like SECON'2018.[11]
