Andre Setiawan (born August 4th 1995) is a businessman and also a rising politician at Partai Solidaritas Indonesia. He has been promoted as a Vice Secretary of Indonesian Solidarity Party at Surabaya in the middle of 2021. At this moment, he seated as Executive Director and also a CEO at his company, CV Mahakarya Lestari. Not only good at his calling in marketplace and politics, he has annointed to be a chairman of Rocket Surabaya. Rocket Surabaya is a church ministry for teenagers, belongs to GBI ROCK International Ministry.
Achievement & Education[edit]
He had his Bachelor Degree at Petra Christian University for Business Management. When he was in his study, he has selected to be one of Student Union members, and succeed to wrote his name in history because he made the biggest event in that time called Petra Light Project. This event was held by Business Management Student Union for celebrating 33rd Anniversary of Business Management Major.
Career Experience[edit]
After graduating from college in 2017, Andre is pursuing a career that he has been in for a long time since high school, Event Organizer. Andre was appointed as Creative Director at the EO where he worked. Not long after that, Andre left his workplace and built his own business from a scratch by founding SPOTLIGHT Organizer. His business grew rapidly and finally he decided to establish a business entity with all the business units that he lived. Andre is a person who likes to mingle with all levels of society. Until 2019, his heart was touched when he saw someone he admired lost in the 2018 Pilkada contestation and he decided to join a political party.
Andre's political career was not easy. He started his political career from the bottom because at first Andre was a young boy who was skeptical about politics. It was only in 2021, Andre's political career skyrocketed. Starting from leading the Campaign, Media, and Bigdata Divisions, Andre was trusted to become Deputy Secretary of the DPD PSI Surabaya under Yusuf Lakaseng's cabinet. At that time, Andre was the youngest administrator in the history of leadership in the DPD PSI Surabaya. Currently, under the cabinet of Erick Komala, Andre is trusted to be the Executive Director, in which this position is the same as major political figures in Indonesia Solidarity Party, such as Andy Budiman and Faldo Maldini
