Musical career[edit]
2004–2015[edit]
Andrew & Alaina Mack relocated to Germany from the United States in 2004 alongside their parents who moved to Berlin to be ministers at a local church.[6][7] While actively serving in the music ministry of their church, Andrew and Alaina began writing Gospel songs to be used during live services and events.[8] After an initial visit to Nashville, Tennessee in 2015 where their music garnered recognition from Gospel music industry leaders, the brother-sister duo began work on their first album project We Are Changed.[9]
We Are Changed[edit]
The album We Are Changed was released worldwide on June 19, 2016 and reached the number one spot for Gospel music in Germany.[10] The album features six original songs, several of which received recognition at global songwriting competitions.[3][5] The album was recorded in Berlin, Germany at Greve Studios with award-winning producer Volker Greve.[11] Mastering was done by Sean Spence at Blue Grotto Sound in Nashville, Tennessee.[12]
