Andrew Reyan is a Russian multi-instrumentalist and producer from Saint Petersburg, Russia. He joins the international line-up of musicians Interested Parties Information[1]
History
Andrew has released seven full-length albums since 2010. His debut album The Sea Is Calling was released in 2013 and received a 7.5 rating from critics [2].
His music has been played on several major network television programmes.
Andrew has self-produced several video clips for his releases, many of which use multi-coloured ink and retro film.
Career
2010 – 2013: The Sea Is Calling
In November 2012 he released his debut single Shadows (Violin Version), and after April 14 released Human - EP[3]. In May 2013, Andrew released the single "Story" and announced the debut album "The Sea Is Calling". "The Sea Is Calling" was released on September 5, 2013[4] on all digital platforms.
2014 – 2015: Memoryhouse
The second album Memoryhouse [5] was released in 2015. Memoryhouse is a personal memoir by Andrew. In it he expressed his emotions, feelings and melancholy through his music.
2019 – 2020: Ceremony and Evanescent
In 2019 Andrew changed direction towards Progressive House and Experimental and released the album Ceremony on April 24, 2020[6]. In the same year another album Evanescent was released. The album "Evanescent" was a strict album and was divided into parts called Garden. The title track was Waterfall[7], the track was very well received by listeners and even made it into a BTS[8] promo.
2021: Nocturnes
The album "Nocturnes" became a landmark album. Andrew released the video single Polar[9] on VEVO and debuted at number 5 on the VEVO chart. On March 12, the album Nocturnes was released and hit the top of Apple iTunes downloads[10] and made it onto the Stereogum playlist 10 Best Songs[11].
