Andrey Pavlovich Voronin (Russian: Андрей Павлович Воронин[1], born November 27, 1981, Moscow, USSR[2][3]) is a Russian nutritionist, writer, psychologist, fitness trainer. Author of two books on dietetics[4][5], head of several companies.[6][7]
Early years
Andrey was born on November 27, 1981 in Moscow.[8] His mother, Svetlana Voronina, was a historian, a graduate of Moscow State University, and owned a furniture business[9], while his father, Pavel Golub, was an engineer and head of an expert design bureau.[10][11][12]
In 1988, he moved on to secondary school.[13] In 1996, after completing the 9th grade, he continued his studies at Oxford University, where he studied English, English history, natural sciences, as well as sports.[14][15][16]
In 1998, he returned to Russia and completed 11 grades at a private college in Moscow. During his studies[17], he became interested in various sports and also played on a soccer team.[18][19]
In 1999, Andrey entered the Moscow International Institute of Economics and Law, Faculty of Law. After completing his first year[20], in 2000, he was called up for compulsory military service in Balashikha.[21][22]
Career
Nutritionist career
Andrei Voronin became a nutritionist after he was able to fix his own weight himself, without the help of outside specialists.[23] He has since published several books on dietetics.[24][25][26]
These books revealed a weight loss methodology and a psychological weight loss program that has been officially used by over 4,000 thousand people who have gotten rid of excess weight by 2020.
Andrey Voronin also gave a number of interviews and comments on the topic of healthy eating.[27][28]
For example, he shared his opinion with several publishing houses on how many glasses of wine you can drink without harming your health, and also gave an interview to Moskovsky Komsomolets on how to learn to throw uneaten food in the trash.[29]

In May 2020, Andrey told Sports.Ru publishing house what would happen to the body if you eat vegetables every day.[30]
The body will suffer from a lack of proteins and fats, and you will not get the required amount of calories if you eat vegetables. However, when a person consumes the right dosage of vegetables, viz: 3-4 servings per day (800 grams), he gets additional energy, as the body spends a little effort to digest fiber, and due to the presence of antioxidants renew cells and slow down the aging process, strengthen immunity

Andrey has always publicly condemned dietitians, citing that the methods they offer are not suitable for most people.[25]
Legal career
After the army, he continued his studies and in 2005 received a diploma with the classification "Lawyer", Moscow City Institute of Management.[31][32]
In 2005, Andrey joined Planet Prava as a lawyer.[33]
He was engaged in auditing and controlling the work of suppliers and contractors of the company's clients[34], as well as developing internal documentation, resolving issues related to tax and labor legislation, and interaction with state authorities.[35][36][37]
Andrey has also published a book of Legal Topics "Acquisition of technically complex goods: consumer rights".[38]
He is now a specialist in consumer and motorist advocacy, head of the «Advoka-T» group of companies and the «Auto Law» company.
Personal life
Andrey was previously married, but the marriage did not last long. He then married a second time and remains married to this day, raising three children.
