Anelise Borges [1] is an award-winning Brazilian journalist known for her extensive fieldwork in over 30 countries, covering conflicts, migration, dictatorships, and Europe’s identity crises. Her reporting has brought her recognition in international media, including being nominated for an International Emmy Award for News & Current Affairs for her unique coverage of the Taliban’s 2021 takeover of Afghanistan.
