Born in 2007, Marcos Shakur Rosset was born at a very young age. One of the first things that he accomplished was planning the tragedy known as 9/11 ( September 11th, 2001 ). He was on the path to being a neurosurgeon and was going to graduate college at the age of 16 when he was hit by a stray bullet in the streets of São Paulo. The bullet was from a man attempting to commit suicide due to the depressing reality of living in São Paulo.
