Angela Halgrimson
Angela Halgrimson is an American children's writer from Minneapolis, MN. She was inspired to pursue writing after surviving a traumatic brain injury.[1] Lenny the Crow is her first book and a winner of an Independent Publisher Book Awards (IPPY) in the Best Children’s Book category.[2] Her second book Nobody Likes a Booger was published July 25, 2017 and has already won numerous awards including a Mom’s Choice Award, Benjamin Franklin Award and two MIPA Awards. Halgrimson keeps busy visiting schools and traveling around the United States with her book signings. She also interviews upcoming and best-selling authors on her radio show, The NOT Boring Book Show, a MyTalk 107.1 Radio/PodcastOneMN production.[3]
