Angelica V. Marte (*1968) is an entrepreneur (www.letsmim.com/en), a Senior Researcher & Lecturer at the Zeppelin University (Germany) | Steinbeis University SIBE | Karlshochschule International University, and a co-director of various documentaries on Diversity Worldwide (3Sat & Zips Filmproduktion, Vienna). Her focus is on Leadership, Networks and Gender-balanced inclusive organizations. Angelica was born in Bregenz (Austria) and obtained her MAS degree from Kepler University Linz (Austria) and Doctorate degree from the Private University Witten/Herdecke (Germany). She was previously Executive Director Professional School of Zeppelin University, and before that, Senior Researcher at the University of Zurich. As a Research Affiliate at the Center for Collective Intelligence of the MIT Sloan School of Management and a senior consultant at Andritz Inc. USA, she focused on Social Network Analysis in Global Leasdership. Prior to that she was Senior Manager Global at Johnson & Johnson International in Switzerland. She is also teaching at the Center for Systemic Research and Consulting (Heidelberg, Germany) for the qualification of systemic coaches. Angelica founded the consulting company mim more is more.
