Angus Ridgway
Angus Ridgway is a public speaker, author and entrepreneur in the area of personal flourishing and sustainable personal leadership. His recent best-selling book, The Joy of Leadership (John Wiley & Sons), presents the science behind the unique approach to personal leadership development that he and his partner, Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar from Harvard, have developed. It has been translated into seven languages.
Early Life and Education[edit]
And was raised on Liverpool where he was born in 1966. After he completed his BSc. degree in Pure Mathematics from Nottingham University he went on to complete his MBA at INSEAD.
Career[edit]
During his 20-year career in management consulting, at McKinsey & Company, Angus led the Strategy Practice in Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as the Firm’s Partner Leadership Development function globally.
In 2011 Angus co-founded Potentialife, together with Tal Ben-Shahar to "bring the science of flourishing to the world".
