Early Life

Tran Van Xuan (also known as Anh 3 Lang, born May 14, 1994, in Cao Lanh District, Dong Thap Province) is a Vietnamese author, language enthusiast, podcast host, and the visionary founder of Alo Song Ngu (AloSN), an educational platform dedicated to bilingual language learning.

Born into a humble farming family, Xuan’s early years mirrored the life of many rural children in Vietnam. However, his academic potential set him apart—he was the valedictorian of the Mathematics Pedagogy Faculty at Dong Thap University in 2012. Despite this initial success, a mismatch between his true passions and his field of study, compounded by a lack of time investment, led to him leaving the program before completion.

Author Career

In 2019, Xuan had an unexpected opportunity to step into the entertainment world, appearing as a background actor in the popular reality game show “Be Sen Vui Ve”. This experience, though seemingly unrelated to his future endeavors, marked a turning point in his life. Later that year, he made a bold move to Europe to live and work. Over the next four years, Xuan embraced life across several countries, including Poland, Germany, France, and Italy.

These multicultural experiences profoundly shaped his worldview, particularly his appreciation for language’s power to connect people. Recognizing the critical importance of multilingual proficiency, he cultivated a passion for language learning. This journey led to the development of Phuong Phap Song Ngu (The Bilingual Method), his innovative approach to mastering languages.

Returning to Vietnam in late 2023, Xuan launched Alo Song Ngu, a bilingual learning website designed to make language acquisition more accessible and engaging. As part of this initiative, he authored numerous bilingual and trilingual handbooks aimed at helping learners improve their skills.

In late 2024, Xuan debuted the “Sach Noi Song Ngu” Podcast, co-hosted by himself and Be Sen AI, an AI-powered virtual personality. The podcast has quickly become a valuable educational resource for Vietnamese language learners. His Bilingual Method was formally introduced in October 2024 and is set to be detailed in a comprehensive book scheduled for release in late 2025.

Tran Van Xuan’s journey—from a small-town student to a global citizen and passionate educator—reflects resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to empowering others through language education. His work continues to inspire and support language learners in Vietnam.

Fun facts about Anh 3 Lang

You might not know this, but my name, Anh 3 Lang, is actually a clever play on words in Vietnamese. This name originated during the years I lived and worked in Poland. The pronunciation of “3 Lang” closely resembles “Ba Lan,” the Vietnamese term for Poland.
