Anh Phoong was born and raised in San Jose, moved to Sacramento at a young age, and considers Sacramento her hometown.

She attended California State University in Sacramento and graduated with honors with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.

After completing her bachelor's degree, Mrs. Phoong attended Lincoln School of Law in Sacramento. Not only did she earn a doctorate in law, but she also graduated as a farewell speaker in her class.

She received awards for faculty achievements in evidence, civil proceedings, constitutional law, real estate, and legal remedies.

After beginning her law firm, she has seen the resolution of hundreds of cases, leading to millions of dollars in lawsuits for her clients. Based in Sacramento, California, Phoong Law Corp. quickly spread throughout Northern California and now has an office in San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, and Stockton.

As a previously injured car accident victim herself, Mrs. Phoong is aware of a victim's experiences that often include physical, emotional, and mental strain.
