Annals of K-Theory (AKT) is a peer-reviewed mathematics journal published by the nonprofit organization Mathematical Sciences Publishers.[1] In 2014, establishment of AKT began, with the purpose of serving a role similar to that of the Journal of K-Theory,[2] whose last issues were published that year. The first issues of AKT were published in 2015 (with a cover date of 2016). AKT publishes "excellent research papers in all areas of K-theory in its many forms".[3] Issues are published both online and in print.
The journal's content is managed by the K-Theory Foundation, Inc.[4] and its launch was supported by the Foundation Compositio Mathematica.[5]
Editorial board[edit]
The managing editors are Jonathan Rosenberg of University of Maryland and Charles Weibel of Rutgers University.[6]
