Annie Williams is an American singer-songwriter.

Biography[edit]

Williams was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in the Ozark Hills of Springfield. She later moved to Laramie, Wyoming to go to school where she worked as a seamstress and started writing songs.[1] After moving to Nashville to record she eventually released An Introduction to Annie Williams in 2009.[2] Williams and friends Robert Hardy Dyar Jr. and Gabriel Kelley recorded the album Come on Back to Me in March 2011, followed by two more albums This Mountain and Midnight Window in late 2011. She left Nashville after recording these three records, and now resides in Taos, New Mexico and Jackson, Wyoming.[1]

Williams also featured in two EPs, Red Lights and Blush, composed by Jeremy Larson of the band Sucré under a project titled "Violents."[citation needed]
