Annieville Blues (born January 16 1960) was born and  raised in Loss Angeles California until her and her family moved to Grants Pass. Her style of music started as classical music on the piano, then she moved into more exciting piano styles such as rock ’n’ roll and Boogie Woogie. Now she does Jazz/Rock/Boogie Woogie/Blues. Also she performed in classical orchestras and Jazz/Blues bands.[1]

Early life[edit]

She started teaching piano in the mid 1970’s. At the age of 19 she became the youngest at the time student teacher to receive certification in Oregon by the Oregon Music teachers Association. In her younger years she used to sneak back stage to talk to the performers at Jazz, Boogie Woogie and Blues performances.  Her first recording experience was in 1977 with Steve Miller.[1]

Albums[edit]

She made an album called "Welcome to Annieville" [2]that was released in 1998. Some of the songs on this album where Morning Coffee, Mr. pretend, Lullaby and Playing My Boogie. She has made a book and two CD’s for beginners. She has had a music career for 35 years. In Annieville’s 35-year music career she has performed with performers such as Pinetop Perkins, Barrelhouse Chuck, Big Joe Duskin, Leon Blue, Henry Butler, Mr. B, Bob Seeley, Cash McCall, Cephas & Wiggins, Henry Gray, Hubert Sumlin, Saffire-Uppity Blues Women, Angela Strehli, Gaye Adegbalola, Ann Rabson, Andra Faye, Maria Muldaur, Kelley Hunt, Ricky Nye, Big Jack Johnson, Erwin Helfer, Tracy Nelson, Mark DuFresne, Little Bill & the Blue Notes, Duffy Bishop, Lee Oskar, Lurrie Bell, Mitch Woods, Wendy DeWitt, the Charles Prevost Jazz/New Orleans style band in Paris and many others.
