Anushiravan mohseni

Anoushiravan Mohseni (born on November 2, 1976 in Tehran, Iran) is an Austrian actor with Persian roots. His entry into the film business took place in 2013 with the male lead role in the honor murder drama "Shirin the honor of my sister", on which he also worked as a co-producer.

Life

Mohseni came to Vienna with his mother at the age of eight. After attending high school, Mohseni began his education as a civil engineer at the Technical College of Civil Engineering of the Camillo-Sitte educational institution in Vienna’s 3rd district, which he successfully completed.

Martial Arts

Mohseni began wrestling at the age of 13 and expanded his knowledge and skills at the age of 16 with Wing Tsun melee training. He began intensive training program of Thai boxing at the age of 17 and participated in his first professional fight at the age of 19.After his 10-year professional career as a Thai boxer, Mohseni began attending mixed martial arts tournaments at the age of 29.

Mohseni started his life as a musician as his parents requested from the age of 8 with his late father’s help, Jahangir Mohseni, who was an international classical musician and a virtuoso of percussion instrument Tombak, was quickly developing virtuoso skills on the instruments Tombak and Daf and debut his first concert of classical music at the age of thirteen. Since he turned thirteen, Mohseni has improved his skills continuously, especially on Tombak, with world-famous masters like Ismail Vazeghi and Jahangir Malek and Shahab Torbati and temporarily occupied the 5th place of the list of world's best Tombak players. Mohseni performs regularly with internationally renowned masters such as Said Farajpouri,Nariman Hojati and Majid Derakhshani. In the past, Mohseni also had joint appearances with superstars of classical Persian music such asParviz Meshkatian and Mohammad Reza Lotfi.

Movies

After his play in "Shirin the honor of my sister", he acted at the movie "The Last Dance" (best Austrian feature film - Diagonale 2014) by Austrian director Houchang Allahyari ("I love Vienna", "Born in Absurdistan").

After these successes, he began to be interested in many side works of making a movie. In his next project, the horror film "Merkenstein", he collaborated with well-known German actors such as Stefano Bernardin and Martin Bermoser as a producer and main actor in 2015.

Mohseni,is a multi-talented man and since his experiences in previous film projects, especially in action,comedy and drama genres proves to be an excellent choice ,especially in action genre because of his involvement in designing a choreography of fighting scenes, as well as playing a supporting role as a spy in an Iranian action movie "Delavar" where he performed all of his extremely dangerous stunts himself, was able to gain valuable experience with memorable scenes full of actions.

Mohseni, who was successful as a martial artist in Europe and Asia for a long time and as a specialist of close combat gave private special lessons to officers of Vienna police special unit Wega in the Rossauer barracks in Vienna 9 and the economic police in the headquarters in Wasagasse 22 in Vienna 9 for years. He was also trained as a highly qualified personal protection guard expert and guarded many European celebrities and politicians, through witch he learned ways of dealing with lawbreakers in extreme situations, which he draws upon in his roles in action movies, in which he plays policemen and criminals and terrorists as well as secret agents, in extremely credible performances to the delight of the public.

Political life

Mohseni, who has experienced numerous problems of migration to Austria and Europe, was appointed Austrian Integration Ambassador in 2018 and is constantly involved as an intermediary in solving problems between immigrant students and their teachers.
