Anshuman Pushkar (born 17 August 1993) is an Indian actor, best known for his roles in the 2021 web series Kathmandu Connection.[1] and Jamtara – Sabka Number Ayega. Recently he played the role of Rishi Ranjan in a period drama web series, Grahan[2]
Early Life and Education
Pushkar was born in Mokama, a small town in Patna district of Bihar. He is the son of Late Virendra Prasad Singh. Anshuman completed his matriculation at S. B. H. School, Mor, Mokama, Patna and graduated from Vanijya Mahavidyalaya, Patna. After graduation, he obtained an MBA degree from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Management And Technology, Mumbai.
Career
Anshuman started his career as a model. In 2018, he made his acting debut with the TV serial Chandrashekhar. After this serial, in 2019, he got an offer to play a small role in Kapow, a Mini Series.
In 2020, he was featured in Netflix Web Series, Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega in which he played the role of Rocky. He played Sunny Sharma in Kathmandu Connection, a SonyLIV action crime thriller series in 2021.[1]
In 2021, he played the role of Rishi Ranjan – a rioter of the 1984 Sikh Riots – in Grahan of Disney+Hotstar period drama series.[3][4]
