Anthony Donkoh is an American football offensive lineman for the Penn State Nittany Lions.
High School and Recruitment
Donkoh attended Lightridge High School in Aldie, Virginia.[1] He was rated as a four-star recruit, the 16th best interior offensive lineman in the nation, and the 9th overall prospect out of Virginia in the class of 2023.[2] Donkoh allowed one sack over three years of varsity football, and recorded 63 tackles, 11 sacks, and 16 tackles for loss on the defensive side of the ball.[3] Despite offers from Duke, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia, Donkoh committed to play college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions.[4]
College Career
Penn State
Donkoh redshirted during his first year with the Nittany Lions in 2023, playing in four games.[5] As a redshirt freshman in 2024, Donkoh appeared in 11 games, starting 10 matchups at the right tackle position.[6] He went on to earn All-Big Ten honorable mention honors by the media and coaches after being named a Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award semifinalist during the season.[7]
Donkoh is currently a redshirt sophomore at Penn State.[8]
