Anthony Hecht Poetry Prize

The Anthony Hecht Poetry Prize was established in 2005 in honor of the Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Anthony Hecht (1923–2004). The prize is awarded annually to an English-speaking poet who has published no more than one book. The winning poetry manuscript is published by Waywiser Press, an independent press with offices in Baltimore (United States) and Chipping Norton (Oxfordshire, England). The prize is $3,000.[1]
