Early life
Haie began playing football in the Mini Rouge et Or program at 11 year old. He later played at Séminaire Saint-François and Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy.[3][2]
University career
Haie played for the Laval Rouge et Or from 2021 to 2024. He played defensive back and also contributed on special teams.[2]
In 2024, Haie became a starting defensive back for Laval after previously playing at cornerback and on special teams.[4]
Haie won the Vanier Cup with Laval in 2022 and 2024.[3]
In four seasons with Laval, Haie played 26 games. The Calgary Stampeders' 2025 media guide lists 29.5 tackles, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, one interception and one touchdown, as well as a school-record five career blocked kicks.[2]
Professional career
Calgary Stampeders
The Calgary Stampeders selected Haie in the third round, 20th overall, of the 2025 CFL Draft. He was the first Laval player selected in the draft.[5]
He signed with Calgary on May 5, 2025.[6]
During the 2025 training camp, Haie suffered a dislocated left shoulder and underwent surgery. His season ended before he made his CFL debut.[5]
Haie made his CFL debut in 2026 against the BC Lions in Kelowna.[1]
CFL Combine
Haie participated in the CFL Combine in 2025.
He recorded a time of 6.62 seconds in the three-cone drill, the fastest result at the 2025 CFL Combines. He also recorded a 3.96-second short shuttle, which ranked second at the event.[7]
His three-cone time was the fourth-fastest in CFL Combine history at the time.[8]
Entrepreneurship and financial services
Haie became a co-owner of a Sugar Daddy's franchise at age 24.[9]
