Anya’s Ghost film is an upcoming American supernatural comedy film directed by Dan Mazer based on the graphic novel of the same name.
Plot[edit]
Anya gets stranded in an underground cave where she meets and rescues Emily, the apparent ghost of a teen who died a century earlier. While Anya thinks her new “friend” is the best thing to ever happen to her, the alliance has unforeseen consequences for Anya, her friends and her family.

Development[edit]
On August 23, 2017, Dan Mazer was hired to direct the Anya's Ghost movie, with Patrick Ness writing the script and Jeremy Bolt and Benedict Carver producing the film.[1] On March 9, 2018, Entertainment One will fully finance and distribute the movie worldwide.[2]
