ApTel (Persian: آپتل) or Negin Ava Communications Company in 2016 was able to obtain the mobile phone virtual operator license number 12-100-100 from the Radio Communications Regulatory Organization and started its commercial activity under the ApTel brand.[1][2]
ApTel, as the first commercial brand of the virtual mobile phone operator of Negin Ava Communication Company, in addition to providing basic communication services, SMS and mobile internet.[1][3] In addition to providing services to real subscribers, ApTel serves organizations and legal subscribers in the fields of Internet of Things (IoT/M2M), enterprise SIM cards, secure mobile network (APN[disambiguation needed]), sponsored data and 4G+ data via modem.[4]
