Apollo Sugar Clinics is an unlisted public company founded in 2012 with headquartered in Hyderabad.[3] Apollo Sugar has 55 clinics located across India in Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Karnataka, Kolkata, Odisha, and Telangana.[4][5] Company's authorized share capital is Rs. 40,000,000 and its paid up capital is Rs. 36,680,000.[6]
Sanofi synthelabo India Limited invested $13.52 million in Apollo Sugar Clinics to take 20% stake.[7][8]
Campaign "Eyes on Diabetes"[edit]
In 2016 on the occasion of World Diabetes Day, Apollo Sugar Clinics organised Diabetes Food Festival across major cities in India under a national campaign called Eyes on Diabetes[9] supported by World Health Organization.[10]
