The Apple A20 Pro is a pair of 64-bit ARM-based systems on a chip (SoC) designed by Apple Inc., part of the Apple silicon series.[1] The A20 Pro will be used in the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Ultra.[2] Both chips will be manufactured by TSMC using the N3P variant of their 3 nm process node, and they are the successors to the Apple A19 Pro processors, respectively.
History
Data breach
The A20 Pro, which would be used in the iPhone 18 Pro, was allegedly leaked in June 2026 adopting the Wafer-Level Multi-Chip Module (WMCM) packaging.[3][4] In addition, information for the list of suppliers, parts, and images, were leaked after confidential Apple files were leaked after a supplier cyberattack.[lower-alpha 1]
