Arc network
Arc Media Holdings Limited (Arc) is a global events, data, and information group. Arc was founded by Simon Foster as a next-generation events business.[1]
The first acquisition of Arc was the UK agriculture division of Agribriefing, including notable brands Farmers Guardian and LAMMA[2] The network has expanded with a further acquisition of the rural and leisure portfolio of Fortem International, including Farm Business Innovation and Holiday Park and Resort Innovation.[3]
Arc is supported by partners EagleTree Capital and Canson Capital Partners.[4]
