Area Code 624

Area code 624 is a new telephone area code in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) for Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and four surrounding counties in western New York.[1]
Officials estimate that the 624 area code will be rolled out in April 2024, when the existing 716 area code doesn't have any more numbers to be given out.[2]
