Aresu Rabbani (born 4 June 1995) is an Afghan-Swiss activist based in Zurich, advocating for Afghan refugees, particularly women, while also working as a translator for asylum seekers.[1][2] As a former refugee herself, Rabbani understands the challenges that Afghan women face, especially under Taliban rule. By focusing on one of Afghanistan’s most valuable crops, the project promotes fair trade and women’s rights in a region often fraught with economic and social inequalities.
