Dr. Ariane Walz (born ) is an environmental scientist from Germany. Walz attended the University of Potsdam, the Institute for Environmental Sciences and Geography, and Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research.[1] She worked for the German Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Climate Protection in Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany.[2] Walz is now a junior professor at the Institute of Earth and Environmental Science at the University of Potsdam.

Walz attended the University of Potsdam in Brandenburg, Germany, and Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. Walz is now a junior professor at the University of Potsdam and gave the Humboldt Lecture at the University of Potsdam 15 May 2019.[3]
