Arie Dekker
Arie Dekker (born 21st June 1984) is a Stunt Performer, Actor and Creature Performer from the Wirral, England. He is best known for his stunt work in the role of Chewbacca in Solo: A Star Wars Story and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.[1][2]
At 6ft 11, Dekker is often cast in roles that suit his tall stature, as well as some that showcase his fighting and stunt abilities. He has appeared in Carnival Row, The King's Man and Venom: Let There Be Carnage. He will next be seen in an unspecified stunt role in Marvel's The Eternals.
Dekker currently resides on the Wirral with his wife, Academy Award winner Lucy Sibbick.
