Arif Rahman Shibly is a Bangladeshi child rights activist and spokesperson of Bangladeshi children’s international arena. He is the recipient of UNICEF award on 17 may, 2016 for children human rights. He also got save the children's award on 8 November 2018 for stopping 713 child marriage in Bangladesh.He appears in un75 poster on 7 July.Arif was honored by the Canadian government on Children's Day on 20 November, 2020

Arif Rahman Shibly was born on 12 March 1993 in a renowned Muslim family of Mugdapara, Dhaka. He is the son of Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman and Aynun Nahar. He has an elder brother and a younger sister. He is the second of them.

Arif Rahman Shibly completed his Primary School from Al Amin kinder garden, Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam from Bangladesh Bank High School, Higher Secendery Certificate (HSC) from GCC and later on completed his Graduation on Management from Tejgaon College, National University.
Early career[edit]
Arif, during his childhood once he was thrown out from the exam hall because of failing to pay the exam fee. From that moment, he started to dream on working for children's rights and unprivileged students and started to work on that.
