Arifur Rahman Lemon, born and raised in Barguna, Bangladesh. He completed his study from University of Dhaka in Sociology. He is an active politician of Bangladesh Awame League. He successfully lead the Bangladesh student’s league, a child organization of Bangladesh Awame League as an Ex-Vice Presiden. He was the chief election commissioner of 28th Bsl election.
