• 1938 – Armaguard Group begin operations as the Armoured Car Division of Mayne Nickless in Melbourne in 1938[2]
• 1973 - Mayne Nickless Armoured Car Division rebranded Armaguard[3]
• 2003 – Linfox acquires Armaguard[4]
• 2019 – Armaguard Group acquires the rediATM[5] scheme an assets from Cuscal[6]
• 2020 – Armaguard Group launches the atmx by Armaguard national ATM network[7]
• 2021 - Mick Cronin appointed CEO of Armaguard Group[8]
