Armchair Expert

On February 14, 2018 writer, actor, director, Dax Shepard released a podcast called Armchair Expert..[1] Each episode consists of an interview with different notable person[2]. The interview is conducted more like a conversation, which Dax explains, "I love talking to people. I am endlessly fascinated by the messiness of being human, and I find people who are vulnerable and honest about their struggles and shortcomings to be incredibly sexy."[1] During an episode featuring Joel McHale, Joel admitted he had Dyslexia.[3] Shepards former Parenthood co-star, Erika Christensen opens describes what it was like being raised in the church of scientology.[4] Ashton Kutcher admits he is okay with his thinning hair.[5]

Each episode is then fact checked, and correct facts are explained at the end of each interview with guest star Monica Padman.[6] The first episode released featured wife Kristen Bell[1]. A total of twenty episodes were released as of June 5, 2018, which featured guests Ashton Kutcher, Marc Maron, Katie Couric, Ellen DeGeneres, and Joy Bryant[1]. Episodes are release on weekly on average[7]
