The Arquette family is an American show business family, primarily known for its members' supporting roles or bit parts, marrying into other show business families, off-beat sense of humor, and sometimes leading roles.[citation needed]

  • Cliff Arquette (December 26, 1904 – September 23, 1974) – TV actor, father of Lewis Arquette and grandfather of David, Richmond, Rosanna, Alexis and Patricia

  • Lewis Arquette (December 14, 1935 – February 10, 2001) – film actor, son of Cliff Arquette and father of the Arquette children
  • Cliff Arquette Jr. (October 15, 1939 – December 21, 2000) – film actor, son of Cliff Arquette and father of the Arquette children

  • James Newton Howard (June 9, 1951) – composer and orchestrator, ex-husband to Rosanna (1986–87)
  • Nicolas Cage (January 7, 1964) – film actor, ex-husband to Patricia (1995–2001)[1]
