Arrive[1] is a global mobility technology company providing a range of services including mobile parking payments, parking hardware, public transit payments services and hardware, in-car data and payments integrations and urban mobility related data services. It operates across 90 countries with main operations in Europe, North America and Australia through a portfolio of consumer, B2B and B2G applications.
Arrive is the parent company of mobility brands including EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile, Parkopedia, Yellowbrick and YourParkingSpace.[2] Its services are used by drivers, local authorities, transport operators, private parking providers and automotive manufacturers.
The company adopted the brand name, Arrive, following the rebranding of EasyPark Group in 2025[2]. The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Cameron Clayton[3], who previously served as CEO of EasyPark Group.
History
EasyPark was founded in 2001 in Stockholm[4], Sweden, initially offering a phone-based parking payment service and launching with parking coverage in nine parking spaces in Stockholm in partnership with Stockholm Stads Parkering. In 2002, the company signed distribution deals in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki.
In 2003, EasyPark expanded to multiple cities all over Sweden, including Lund and Malmö. In 2005, EasyPark merged with Norwegian EasyPark AS and expanded into Germany. In 2006, it acquired Germany company M Park.
In 2008, EasyPark launched an SMS parking service in Sweden, and in 2009 it launched SMS parking in Norway.
In 2010, the company acquired Siemens’ phone parking business Simopa in Denmark and began developing a new platform (“EPIC”).
In 2011, EasyPark launched its first mobile app.
In 2012, EasyPark received a majority investment from Verdane Capital and acquired Telepark in Italy.[5] Between 2013 and 2014, EasyPark continued to expand its geographical scope, operating in new markets including Austria and Australia.
In 2015, EasyPark partnered with the Danish city of Frederiksberg to digitize parking operations, launched camera parking (ANPR) for gated parking, and acquired Mobile City businesses in Germany, France and Austria.[6]
In 2016, EasyPark acquired ParkO in Israel.[7]
In 2017, EasyPark moved its platform and systems to AWS, entered the Netherlands, and acquired Sostafacile in Italy.
In 2018, EasyPark received a new majority investment involving Vitruvian Partners and Verdane[8], and entered Belgium and Switzerland. In 2019, Niklas Savander was appointed chairman and the company expanded into the Balkan countries[9].
In 2020, EasyPark partnered with Mercedes-Benz for an in-car parking service and its app was integrated into Polestar’s Android Automotive environment.
In March 2021, BMW Group and Daimler Mobility announced an agreement to sell PARK NOW Group to EasyPark Group.[10] PARK NOW Group, which brought together leading parking brands such as RingGo and ParkMobile.
In June 2021, EasyPark Group acquired PARK NOW Group from BMW Group.
In March 2022, Johan Birgersson stepped down as CEO and Cameron Clayton became CEO of EasyPark Group.[11]
In January 2025, EasyPark Group finalised the acquisition of Flowbird Group[12]. On 13 February 2025, EasyPark Group acquired Parkopedia[13]. In June 2025, EasyPark Group announced it would rebrand as Arrive[2], establishing Arrive as the corporate parent company for its portfolio of brands (including EasyPark, Flowbird, ParkMobile, Parkopedia and RingGo).

Arrive provides mobility technology products and services across four principal areas: parking solutions, public transport solutions, urban mobility data and insights, and in-car services.[2] Through these business areas, the company develops technologies for motorists, local authorities, transport operators, private parking providers and automotive manufacturers.
Parking
Arrive provides parking solutions that support motorists, businesses, local authorities and parking operators. Its portfolio includes consumer-facing mobile parking payment applications, parking management technologies and parking infrastructure that enable users to locate, reserve, pay for and manage parking sessions.
The company's consumer brands include EasyPark, RingGo[14], ParkMobile[15] and Yellowbrick, alongside marketplace services such as YourParkingSpace[16]. Arrive also provides parking infrastructure including pay stations, payment terminals and software supporting on-street and off-street parking operations. Transport
Arrive provides payment infrastructure, ticketing systems, validators, payment terminals and software used to manage passenger journeys and transport payment[17]s across Europe and North America.
Its transport technologies support open-loop payment systems, ticket validation and fare collection across public transport networks, [18]and are designed to integrate with wider mobility platforms and digital payment services.
Urban mobility data and insights
Arrive develops data and analytics that help improve the management of parking and urban mobility networks. These services are used to support connected vehicle platforms, digital navigation services and evidence-based transport planning,[19] enabling public authorities and mobility providers to better understand parking demand, kerbside activity and travel patterns.
In-car services
Arrive develops connected vehicle services[20] that integrate parking, EV charging, fuelling and tolling payment capabilities directly into vehicle infotainment systems. The company enables drivers to access parking information, initiate parking payments and use mobility services without leaving the vehicle interface.
