Arshdeep Soni is a British Sikh magician and Entertainer with over 12 Million followers, born in Afghanistan, on January 1st, 1996. His videos online have surpassed over 5 billion views. Soni's videos are a combination of magic, comedy and pranks. He's known on his social media platforms as ArshSoni.

Career[edit]

Soni attended William Morris Sixth Form and Royal Holloway University in London, where he studied Computer Science for 4 years, graduating in 2018. After completing his degree, Soni went on to work as a Software Engineer. During this time he also started building his own social media presence by creating magic trick videos online where he received fame on tiktok and Instagram.

The Daily Mirror published an article featuring Soni performing a viral magic trick involving a straw that went worldwide.[1] This video was then featured across the world on a a viral American TV show Right This Minute as well airing on TV in countries such as Japan.

In 2019, Soni's TikTok video 'Vanishing Coffee' was listed in the United Kingdom's top 10 videos of the year on [[TikTok], with the video surpassing over 75 million views.[2]

In 2020, Soni was featured on TikTok large-scale campaign, 'It Starts on TikTok', where he was featured on several Billboards nationally in the United Kingdom. This included locations such as Westfield London, Piccadilly Circus, BFI IMAX, Kensington High Street, Edinburgh and Canary Wharf.[3]
