Ashley Moody is an American attorney and politician from the state of Florida.

Moody graduated from Plant City High School, and the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree and master's degree in accounting. She then attended the University of Florida School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor. She interned for Martha Barnett, the president of the American Bar Association.[1] Moody earned a Master of Laws in international law from Stetson University College of Law. She joined the law firm Holland & Knight, working in civil litigation.[2]

In 2006, Moody was elected to the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. She resigned in April 2017 to run for Attorney General of Florida in the 2018 elections.[3] She won the Republican Party nomination, defeating Frank White in the primary election.[4][5]

Moody is from Plant City, Florida.[6] She is the oldest of three children born to Carol and James S. Moody Jr.[1] She and her husband, Justin Duralia, a Drug Enforcement Agency agent, have two children.
