The Los Andes Regional Polytechnic Emblematic College Alumni Association, also known by its acronym PIRA, is a non-profit organization based on technical education.

History[edit]

It was founded on October 27, 2017, by; Hernan Quispe,[1] Teofilo Colquehuanca, Walter Jilapa, Milton Torres and Willy Pacta. On March 11, 2017, he participated in the farewell activities of David Mamani Paricahua.[2][3] In May 2022, Hernán Quispe, demanded an audience with the Regional Government of Puno, Germán Alejo Apaza, to demand the construction of a new infrastructure for the Polytechnic College.[4][5]
