Association of Women In Mining in Africa[1] is a network for women in mining, oil and gas national associations on the African continent mandated to promote leadership, inclusive and sustainable empowerment of women as part of the African Mining Vision (AMV).

Promote leadership, inclusive and sustainable empowerment of women in the mining sector in Africa.

Leadership[edit]

The current President is Georgette Barnes Sakyi-Addo[2] who succeeded Mélody Kweba.
