Assumption School (Millbury) is a private, Catholic parochial, co-educational school located in Millbury, Massachusetts, United States.

The school was originally known in the French language as "l'Assomption". Founded in 1925, it was built to serve the French Canadian families of Our Lady of the Assumption Church of Millbury and surrounding communities.
