Astha IT Research & Consultancy Ltd. (stylized as Astha IT or AIT) is a US-headquartered technology company originated in Bangladesh.[1][2] It was founded in 2008 and currently claims to have 500+ employees. [2] The organization is an international provider of AI, data, cloud and engineering solutions. [3]

Rebranding and Expansion

In 2024, Astha IT signed an agreement with Saudi Arabia’s geological survey, exploration and services company Geotech to provide technological services. Under the agreement, Geotech is to operate its geolocation facilities using various technologies of Astha IT in return for the organization’s support in Bangladesh. [1]

In April 2025, Astha IT transformed its brand identity with a new logo and website as well as announced its new headquarters at New York City, USA. This is when it started going by the acronym of AIT. The commercial space in New York City is the organization’s first physical office outside Bangladesh which, according to Dhaka Tribune, is aimed to better serve its client base in North America. [3]

Hasnaeen Rizvi Rahman is the current Chief Executive Officer and Arafat Nizam is the current Chief Operating Officer of the organization. [1][3]

Initiatives

Astha IT has a tech bootcamp programme called CodeCamp targeted towards CSE graduates. It is a 4-month training programme facilitated by senior engineers. [7]
