Nicholas Smith known professionally as Astro is a rapper, songwriter and record producer. He was (Born Apr 21, 2001) raised on the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago. After a series of collaborations Astro began gaining underground recognition as an artist following the release of his song "Pinocchio" and rose to popularity in 2022. His single "Pinocchio" produced by Trey Bundles has reached over 100,000+ views on Youtube Music. Astro is known for incorporating elements from music of various genres all while still infusing his cultural rhythms and invigorating vocals to create something fantastic.

Early Life

Astro was born in Trinidad and Tobago and spent most of his childhood there, life there is fast and hard. The country has the second highest crime rate next to Jamaica. At the age of 15 his parents utilized every opportunity they had to move their family to the U.S. Astro was immediately presented to the world at a youthful age, which aided form him into the balanced money manager he is today. Graduating High School from Columbus North High School, in Columbus IN.

Early Career

Astro' profession has been spread across three distinct fields yet what separates him from others is that he has drawn his life learning every one of the encounters he got along the way and arrived at the top in his vocation. Astro began the excursion of his profession in 2021 by being a piece of the FOG band which would later turn out to be the first record label that signed him.

It was in 2019 that Astro began working for a FOG Records in New York, New York where he turned into a guide and a vital individual from the organization and additionally their lead craftsmen. He was able to pursue both business and music at the highest level. In July of 2020 Astro began working with Grammy nominated producer and engineer Jak Brown in Atlanta GA.
