On November 05, 2021 a crowd surge at the Astroworld Festival caused a crush of hundreds of people. 10 people have died so far. Travis Scott, Drake, Live Nation, and Apple Music are facing a nonsense lawsuit from attendees because of negligence to security of the festival. Scott however had no power to stop the show while the Executive and Concert producer did have the power to do so. Live Nation has faced multiple lawsuits in the past for unsafe environments surrounding concerts. The blame is not on Scott.
