Athena Brensberger is an American YouTube personality, science host, international model and writer.[1] Athena was in 7th position in Maxim Cover Girl 2018 contest from West Group Twenty-Four.[2]
Early life and education[edit]
Athena did her schooling at the College of Staten Island, New York where she researched stellar proplyds in the Orion Nebula during summer 2010.[3] She investigated the dynamics of bow shocks caused by stellar winds incident on the proplyds from hot stars in the Orion nebula. Athena learnt Python programming language in order to begin rudimentary modeling of such shocks and presented her work at the CSI Student Symposium of Research, Scholarship, and Performance in April 2011.
Career[edit]
She worked in short films like Turned (2015), Armed Robbery and Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll (2015). In 2017, Athena was selected for NASA Socials, a program where NASA provides an opportunity for science enthusiasts to showcase the work NASA is doing to the world.
YouTube[edit]
Athena is best known for her YouTube channel, "Astroathens", which she uses as a platform for creating videos and music. She hosted shows on TMRO and Seeker.[4][5]
