"Attaantode Ittaantode" (translation: He is like that and he is like this) is an item number from the 2007 Telugu masala film Desamuduru featuring Allu Arjun and Rambha. Bhaskarabhatla wrote the lyrics, Chakri composed the music and Ravi Varma and Suchitra sang the song. It became a chartbuster and one of the best, hottest and sexiest item numbers in Indian cinema. It was dubbed into Hindi as "Ko Dil Maange".

The song is set in Dhoolpet, Hyderabad. The lyrics describe Allu Arjun as a 21 year old youngster and Rambha as a 25-year-old woman. Allu Arjun wants to have sex with Rambha for which she happily agrees. The lyrics are famous for its age disparity content.
Background[edit]
The film's director Puri Jagannadh wanted to cast Charmme Kaur initially, later he thought that an actress older than Allu Arjun would be better. Thus, Allu Arjun paired with the yesteryear actress Rambha.
