Atychiphobia

Atychiphobia /əˌtɪk[invalid input: 'ɨ']ˈfoʊbiə/ is the abnormal, unwarranted, and persistent fear of failure, a type of specific phobia; it comes from the Greek phóbos, meaning "fear" or "morbid fear" and atyches meaning "unfortunate".[1]
