August Kamp (Born Gus Kamp; July 5, 1999) is an American actress and musician. She is known for playing Barry in the Disney Channel sitcom Best Friends Whenever[3][4] and Eric in the Netflix series No Good Nick.
Life and career
Kamp was born in Denver, Colorado. She began acting at two years old and performed an opening skit for David Cross at the age of 10.[1] In 2010, Kamp and her family moved to Los Angeles, California. In 2018, Kamp released her first two singles, Dance Alone and Loneliness.[5] In June of 2021, Kamp came out as transgender on Instagram.[6][7]
