Austin Novy
> Austin Novy is an American born Photographer and Cinematographer that is hyper focused in the documentation of human rights and the arts surrounding it. Originally from a small town called Encinitas, California, Novy began to document skateboarding and culture surround the scene. Encinitas being a hub for action sports and influence, he began to build connections and personal relationships that allowed his imagery to reflect a natural reflection of the subjects. Skateboarding and urban street culture helped him to shape his style and movement when it came to cinematography and the stories that came along with the people he documented. With notable references at a young age, He began to film legendary skateboarders such as Chris Miller, Zach Miller, Christian Hosoi, Tony Hawk, Jimmy Wilkins, Bucky Lasek, PLG as well as worked with notable outlets such as, Thrasher Magazine, Juxtapoz Magazine, National Geographic society, San Diego Magazine, and many more.
